We’re thrilled to announce Nicole Germaine has joined the team at Avenue Physiotherapy!
Nicole graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 and worked for several years before completing her Master’s degree.
Nicole has furthered her education by completing courses in concussion management, soft tissue release, and acupuncture.
Combining her love for sports and staying active with her first-hand experience of working behind a desk for several years prior to obtaining her Master’s degree, Nicole is passionate about proper ergonomics, the prevention of injury and the importance of remaining active throughout life. Nicole is dedicated to personalizing her treatment plans which include patient-friendly education, manual therapy and home exercise programs.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys hiking, cycling, kayaking, spending time outdoors and cooking.
